Client Success manager / Account manager

RELIZ is an international Mobile Performance Agency.

We power advertisers’ growth and help them increase their audience and bring them new real users. We act as an extension of client’s marketing team: we develop a unique strategy based on client’s needs—and then execute it.

Now we are seeking for a Client Success/ Account Manager to join our CSM team.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients — manage and support at all stages of the advertising campaign;
• Develop and build strong long-term partnerships with clients;
• Work cross-functionally with: media buyers, designers, etc. — coordinate, set goals, control deadlines;
• Monitor advertising campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs;
• Control marginality, revenue and GP;
• Analyze campaigns and prepare reports (tables, presentations) together with media buying team;
• Work with objections, resolve disputes with clients, tell clients about all the details of the campaign stages.

Who we are looking for:

• Client Success Manager / Account Manager experience in a performance marketing is a must;
• English proficiency is a must;
• Understanding of metrics, trackers, traffic sources, knowledge of the main market players;
• Interest and passion for the Mobile industry;
• Multitasking, ability to effectively manage 5 clients simultaneously;
• Client orientation and focus on establishing strong partnership relations;
• Independence and self-discipline, the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
