Client Success/ Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients - manage and support at all stages of the advertising campaign;
  • Develop and build strong long-term partnerships with clients;
  • Work cross-functionally with: media buyers, designers, etc. - coordinate, set goals, control deadlines;
  • Monitor advertising campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs;
  • Control marginality, revenue and GP;
  • Analyze campaigns and prepare reports (tables, presentations) together with media buying team;
  • Work with objections, resolve disputes with clients, tell clients about all the details of the campaignstages.

Who we are looking for:

  • Client Success Manager / Account Manager experience in a performance marketing is a must;
  • English proficiency is a must;
  • Understanding of metrics, trackers, traffic sources, knowledge of the main market players;
  • Interest and passion for the Mobile industry;
  • Multitasking, ability to effectively manage 5 clients simultaneously;
  • Client orientation and focus on establishing strong partnership relations;
  • Independence and self-discipline, the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
