Client Success/ Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients - manage and support at all stages of the advertising campaign;
- Develop and build strong long-term partnerships with clients;
- Work cross-functionally with: media buyers, designers, etc. - coordinate, set goals, control deadlines;
- Monitor advertising campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs;
- Control marginality, revenue and GP;
- Analyze campaigns and prepare reports (tables, presentations) together with media buying team;
- Work with objections, resolve disputes with clients, tell clients about all the details of the campaignstages.
Who we are looking for:
- Client Success Manager / Account Manager experience in a performance marketing is a must;
- English proficiency is a must;
- Understanding of metrics, trackers, traffic sources, knowledge of the main market players;
- Interest and passion for the Mobile industry;
- Multitasking, ability to effectively manage 5 clients simultaneously;
- Client orientation and focus on establishing strong partnership relations;
- Independence and self-discipline, the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
